The world of autumn and the forest offers endless opportunities for playful discovery. The Autumn Forest Bundle is a digital, printable package that combines a game collection with 6 developmental games and a 40-page activity book. Through a variety of task formats, children get to engage with the animals, produce, and atmosphere of the autumn forest in many different ways.

The bundle offers playful activities for children aged 3–7.

What's Included in the Autumn Forest Bundle?

Autumn Forest – Printable Game Collection

The game collection includes 6 different developmental games in which children search, match, count, follow directions, observe patterns, and engage with various autumn-themed game pieces.

Squirrel's Pantry
Using task cards or dice, the child fills the squirrel's pantry with the correct type and quantity of food. This game provides an opportunity to practice counting, number and quantity concepts, and comparison.

Direction Matching
The child compares the direction of arrows with hedgehogs facing different directions, and can also arrange the correct sequence themselves. This game can support direction recognition, visual attention, and sequencing.

Hedgehog's Pantry
This game can be played in two versions: in one, clothespins are attached to the hedgehog based on colored images, silhouettes, or colors; in the other, an arrangement shown on a pattern card must be precisely reproduced. Among other things, these tasks engage fine motor skills, visual perception, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness.

What's Missing?
The child compares two rows of images, finds the missing element, and marks it with a clothespin. This task builds attention, observation skills, visual discrimination, and part-whole recognition.

Search & Find
The child needs to find the images shown on the task card within a large search board filled with autumn and forest motifs. The search can support visual attention, concentration, and attention to detail.

Find the Match!
Players search two cards for a shared image, and whoever recognizes and names the matching motif first wins the card. This game engages visual perception, attention, concentration, and reaction time.

Several tasks in the game collection also come with different variations, such as playing from memory, following verbal instructions, matching, and "What's Missing?" and "What Changed?" style tasks. This means the same game pieces can be used in many different ways.

Autumn Forest – 40-Page Printable Activity Book

The second part of the bundle is a 40-page printable activity book, recommended from age 4, offering paper-based tasks for preschool-aged children connected to the autumn forest theme.

The activity book includes counting and logic tasks, mazes, direction recognition, logic sequences, matrices, sudoku, coloring pages, line tracing, spot-the-difference tasks, and a memory game. These tasks offer opportunities to practice attention and concentration, logical thinking, spatial awareness, hand dexterity, and counting skills.

The activity book is A4-sized, a digital PDF, printable at home, and can be used both for home practice and for preschool activities.

Two Kinds of Play in One Bundle

In the Autumn Forest Bundle, the two materials complement each other with different task formats. In the game collection, the child actively manipulates various game pieces: using clothespins, placing tokens, matching cards, rolling dice, or arranging patterns.

The 40-page activity book, on the other hand, offers paper-based tasks: counting, mazes, logic tasks, line tracing, direction recognition, spot-the-difference, and other task types.

This means the autumn theme isn't limited to a single task format. Sometimes a cut-out, hands-on, or clothespin-based game comes up, other times a printable worksheet — depending on which activity best suits the child or the session at that moment.

What Skills Does It Help Practice?

Based on the tasks in the two materials, children can practice, among other things:

• attention and concentration;
• visual perception and visual discrimination;
• observation skills;
• visual and auditory memory;
• fine motor skills and hand dexterity;
• hand-eye coordination;
• logical thinking;
• counting, as well as number and quantity concepts;
• spatial awareness and direction recognition;
• sequencing and pattern following.

Where and How Can It Be Used?

Thanks to its varied task formats, the Autumn Forest Bundle fits well into autumn-themed activities at home, in preschool settings, and in developmental and special education contexts.

Several of the games can also be used individually or in pairs or small groups, while the activities in the activity book offer opportunities for independent work or work supported by an adult.
